Our items are non refundable.
Due to the nature of vintage items, we regret that we can only refund or exchange items if it has been agreed with us via email that you may return if there is damage that was not made clear at the time of purchase, mutually agreed by White Noise that it could not have occurred while in the ownership of the purchaser. We hope you understand the need for this and please note we are always as reasonable as possible.
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, which means no refund or exchange unless faulty.
Terms and Conditions.
- White Noise is not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
- We will include the cost of the return for faulty goods in the refund once provided with evidence of the receipt for postage.
- If a return item is misplaced in the post, we are happy to help locate them provided tracking information is provided.
- We can only refund an item once we have received it and not before.
- Refunds must be returned via the method of original payment.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
- Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
- Shipping charges on non-faulty items are non-refundable.
Please Note : All return items must be unworn and unwashed with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
