Are your vintage items pre-worn?

Due to the nature of vintage items we can not guarantee that all of our vintage pieces have not been pre-worn however we work with suppliers that try to ensure that we are providing unworn pieces. The majority of our vintage items are sourced from deadstock, a term used to describe stock that was never sold to/used by consumers before being removed from sale, usually because it was outdated. Deadstock is often warehoused, but it can also subsequently be offered for sale. 

Why can I not I buy this in all sizes? 

Due to the nature of our vintage items, they are all unique and one-off pieces so are only available in the size that we have listed. 


How do I know if this is an authentic designer piece?

We source all our stock from a trusted and reliable supplier, however, due to the nature of vintage items, the related authenticity information is not always available. Every effort has been made to ensure that designer stock is authentic and prices are lowered to reflect the fact that authenticity information is not always provided. 

How do you size your items?

Due to the changing nature of sizing over the years, sometimes the size on the label of a vintage item does not correlate with today's sizing therefore the estimate size included in the description of the item is our best estimate of the true size of the item. We measure our items and also always include the height and size of the model to help you decide whether something will fit you. Please be sure to check the estimate sizing and how the item fits on the model to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
 

Can you tell me if you will be restocking this item?

Due to the nature of vintage stock, every piece is one-off so we can not guarantee that we will ever be restocking an item.  

How do I use my discount/promo code?

When you are purchasing your items at the checkout you can enter your discount/promo code and your discount will be applied. 

Can I amend my order?

Amendments to orders may be possible providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can email us at shopwhitenoiseeu@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Order Amendment’ and we will respond as quickly as possible to try and amend your order.

My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?

In the case of a late or undelivered order you can contact us on shopwhitenoiseeu@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Late Order’ and we will try to sort the problem for you. 

An item is missing from my order, what do i do?
If you are missing an item from your order, email us at shopwhitenoiseeu@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Missing Items’ and we will send the missing item as soon as possible with free delivery for the inconvenience caused.

I have received a faulty item or an incorrect item, what do I do?

Vintage items are final sale and sold as seen, any damages to the item will be included in the condition notes in the description of the item. Please be sure to check size, condition notes and photos to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of vintage items, we regret that we can only refund vintage items if it has been agreed with us via email that the item has been grossly misrepresented, mutually agreed by White Noise that the damage could not have occurred while in the ownership of the purchaser. We hope you understand the need for this and please note we are always as reasonable as possible. 


How do I return something to you?

All of our pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Please be sure to check size, condition notes and photos to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. If we agree that the product has been grossly misrepresented, we can offer a refund or exchange within seven days. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, with no refund or exchange unless faulty.

Please Note: All return items must be unworn and unwashed with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.

Free International Shipping on all orders over €100


1-2 working days to Ireland with DPD ::  €3.50
2-3 working days to UK DPD registered :: €6.50

Up to two weeks to Rest of World with An Post (Unregistered) :: €10
4-8 working days to Rest of World with An Post (Registered) ::  €18
